Delivery has always been part of Agile. DevOps began life as an Agile practice, a natural extension of then existing practices (most notably continuous integration and continuous delivery). As far I'm concerned, DevOps is still an Agile practice, so the whole premise of this posting, "DevOps vs Agile", is nonsensical to me.
