Hello Rick, Yes its very well fits into the philosophy of agility.

A dedicated squad “Sustenance” can be formed, who maintains & supports applications. During Dissolve knowledge transition to the Sustenance squad takes place. Every 6-9 months resources from Sustenance squad can rotated so that resource get to work on different things.
